Terms and Conditions for FlyWithJordan Gift Cards
  • Non-Refundable
    All FlyWithJordan gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other goods or services.
  • Validity Period
    Gift cards are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any unused balance or unredeemed services after the expiration date will be forfeited without refund or compensation.
  • Redemption
    Gift cards may be used solely for the services specified at the time of purchase, including paragliding tandem flights, paramotor tandem flights, and instructional lessons. Redemption is subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance by contacting FlyWithJordan. A digital copy of the gift card is sent with each order, and this digital copy can be redeemed as proof of purchase.
  • Rescheduling and Cancellation
    Redemption appointments canceled or rescheduled by the recipient are subject to FlyWithJordan's cancellation policy, as provided at the time of booking. Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy may result in forfeiture of the gift card.
  • Weather and Safety Considerations
    All services are subject to weather and safety conditions. FlyWithJordan reserves the right to reschedule any service if conditions are deemed unsafe. In such cases, the validity period of the gift card may be extended at FlyWithJordan’s sole discretion.
  • Misuse or Fraud
    FlyWithJordan reserves the right to void any gift card in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Liability Disclaimer
    FlyWithJordan shall not be liable for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards. The holder of the gift card is solely responsible for its safekeeping.
